The energy of the staff here is infectious! They were incredibly respectful and attentive, making each interaction a pleasure. The location was very convenient, near the highway and late-night eateries. I loved the well-stocked breakfast bar, and the breakfast lady was so efficient and kind. This hotel will definitely be my go-to in Charlotte!

We had a fun family getaway at this hotel, just a quick drive to Carowinds Amusement Park. The room was spacious and clean, making it a perfect spot for our little one to feel at home. The breakfast was a hit, with plenty of options to start our day right.

In my kids’ opinion, the pool area could be larger for more playing space.

Request a room away from hallways to avoid noise disturbances, especially during the night.

Upon arrival, we encountered a preventable noise issue—an extremely loud beeping in the hallway that disrupted our check-in experience and continued throughout the night. We attempted to drown it out with the TV and pillows over our ears, yet sleep was hard to come by. Additionally, the gazebo's loose boards presented a safety concern. nails had rotted through, making it a hazard. There was also an issue with thermostat motion activation, which made it uncomfortable since the temperature adjusted back to 74 degrees when we returned to our room after being out. Not exactly the comfy vibe you’d hope for after a long day out.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn in Charlotte. The room cleanliness impressed me, with every corner thoroughly inspected. Comfy beds made for great nights of sleep. Morning breakfast had plenty of options but could use some enhancements, like more pastries or hot dishes. Quick check-in and check-out process made things easy. One issue, though, I noticed a weird smell in the hallway, almost musty. The noise from the pool area traveled into our room. Overall, the location was excellent for visiting nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to a pleasant experience.

Just a prime choice for a flash visit in Charlotte with good price-quality ratio. The furniture had dust on it, which bothered me. Check the room before settling in.

Found some great eats nearby. Jack in the Box's late-night munchies hit the spot! Rita and Shawanda welcomed us like family, making our last-minute scramble easy-peasy.

The mattress wasn't my fave, but you know what? Everything else was on point! Just wish the thermostat wasn’t a diva, playing hard to get.
